Delete Your Account

To request deletion of your AVALONPLUS account and all associated data, please send an email to our support team using the link below.
What Will Be Deleted
- Firebase Authentication account — your Google Sign-In link to AVALONPLUS.
- Firestore user data (
users/{uid}) — email, display name, login timestamps, trial data, and FCM token. - Local app data — will be removed when you uninstall the app from your device.
Processing Time
Your deletion request will be processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.
Request Deletion
Or email support@trading-garden.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
